Описание продукта

There are two arms that can rotate towards each other, the material inside the mixing drum is intermixedoverlapping and blending with each other. Compared with single-arm mixers, double-arm mixers have fastelmixing speed and higher efficiency. The mixing is also more uniform, Especially for high-gluten dough, thewo arms rotating towards each other can effciently tear the aluten, which alows for the elimination olsignificant reduction of dough improvers and other chemical additives

Construction Perfection

The two mixing arms do not intersect, that is, the center distance between the two mixing arms isgreater than or equal to the rotational diameter ofthe arms. During mixing, regardless of whether the speedsof the two arms are the same or different, they will not interfere with each other and no colision. As shown inthe figures below.

Falmec Draining System

The special Falmec Draining System consists of a round steel cover, inserted flush with the flared drain hole, which guarantees perfect water drainage and easier cleaning. This solution also ensures a prefect visual continuity and uniformity of material on the bottom of the sink, hiding the functional part and creating an absolute balance of geometries.

The overflow hole also has a rectangular steel cover that, placed flush on the vertical wall, makes it almost invisible.
