Face-To-Face communication helps us to understand customers’ needs more accurately.Including what kinds of biscuit does customers want to make? How much the capacity they want? Do we need to help design the factory? Does the customer have a factory?What is the customer's budget for new projects?

Visit Customers' Workshops Or Site

Drop in customer’s factory.If the factory has been built, customers need to provide drawings of their factories, including their own original machine .We will go to customer’s factory to re-measure to ensure the accuracy of our solution.

If customer don’t have factory,we will go to the customers’ workshop

site to measure the land size and assist custom to layout the plant design.

Step:3

Make Solutions

① Base on the area of the customer's site, design requirements and local government requirements on the sanitary level of the food processing plant we will assist custom to layout the plant design. Or according to the drawings of customers’ factory, we arrange our own production line on the layout. Whether the factory has been built, we will offer a solution that best suitable for customers.

②According customers’ requirements,our biscuit master will repeatedly conduct experiments to confirm the ratio of ingredients until the customer is satisfied with the biscuit.

③Based on the popular biscuit market in the customer's country and the actual situation of customer’s factory.

Step:4

Take Customer around Our Factory and Show Them Running Machine

We will invite customers to our factory to do field inspection after making the solution for customer. Seeing the running machine. In addition, our engineers will provide timely and professional answers to customers' questions during the visit.

Step:5

Confirm the Solution

We will discuss with the customer and modify the plan according to the customer's requirements until the customer is satisfied.And then confirm the plan.

Step:6

Production & Shipment

According to the confirmed solution,we will carry on high quality and high efficiency production. After finishing production on time,we will arrange quality inspection and test running.After passing the test,we will pack the goods in wooden cases of international trade standard and deliver the goods on time within the time specified by the customer.

Step:7

Installation & Commissioning

The period of installation within 35 days after the equipment arrive at buyer’s factory. We will dispatch strong engineer team for installation and commissioning until our machine runs smoothly.

Then we will dispatch the most professional biscuit making master to provide formula and making the finest biscuit that customer wants.Our engineer and master won't leave until everything goes smoothly.
