Main performance: 1. Full set use SS304. 2. Biscuit Detecting Device and Pneumatic Valve Control Deposit System Automatically stop cream deposit (Machine still running), and alarm when photo-electricity detecting biscuit absent or blocked. Once the biscuit resumes feeding the pneumatic valve control deposit system will automatically resume cream deposit again. The machine will be kept clean all the time. 3. Clearing Device: biscuit pushing fork cleared by Rotating brushes which are soaked in an alcohol pool, and dried by compressed air. 4. Scrap Recycling: there are drawers on the bottom of the machine convenience for scrap recycling and cleaning. 5. Special designed stirring paddle and rotor pump ( SUS304) feeding cream to the deposit head independently 6. The cream deposit head (with a constant temperature keeping device ) consists of a stator, rotor and ring mould, Made of SUS304 stainless steel, different cream depositing styles only need to change different ring mould. It’s very easy and convenient to Install or replace the deposit head or ring mould. 7. Fillings feeding speed synchronize with fillings deposit speed and also both of the two speed can be adjusted separately. 8. Two units of vibration biscuit feeding trough feeding the bottom biscuit and top biscuit separately.
