Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is one of the many quality control tests conducted by Golden Bake Group. This inspection is based on standard QC testing or on customer request. Based on these criteria and procedures, samples are randomly selected and defects are checked. For us, pre-shipment inspection is an important step in the quality control process and a way to check the quality of the egg roll making machine before shipment.

The development of Golden Bake Biscuit Production Line leaps thanks to achievement in R&D of biscuit cooling conveyor. Golden Bake Biscuit Production Line has created a number of successful series, and biscuit making machine is one of them. CRI is not the only way to judge the 'quality' of light. The product also performs well with consistent light output. A lot of measuring methods are developed to ensure the color output of the product. It has the detecting device to check the production of biscuits. The product is nearly maintenance-free. Because of its long service life, there is no need to change the light source frequently and thus it costs less in maintenance. The operating noise of this product has been reduced as possible.
