At present, some biscuit manufacturers add an oil spraying machine after biscuit baking oven,which is used to spray oil on the biscuit,improve the gloss and taste of biscuits,improve product quality,and increase the variety of colors. The raw material can use stable quality and mild taste refined oil. After the addition of oil spraying machine, the oil spraying on the surface of biscuits will not only affect the output and quality of the original biscuit production line,but also can improve the gloss of the surface of biscuits and the quality of biscuits. Therefore, the oil spray machine is one of the essential equipment for the production of high-grade biscuits.

Now in China biscuit production line manufacturer commonly used two type of oil spraying machine: 1. Nozzle type oil spraying machine.2. Centrifugal disc-type oil sprayer. Our company are produce centrifugal disc-type oil sprayer. The effect of centrifugal disk-type oil injector is basically similar to that of nozzle type oil injector.But the phenomenon of blockage of nozzle is greatly improved. It use of high speed dish turns the oil into fan oil mist for even spraying on the biscuit. Heat the oil through the interlayer hot water bath and then pour the heated oil onto the high speed dish. When the biscuits enter the oil sprayer with the conveyor belt, the surface of the biscuits is coated with an oil film.And then the conveyor will send the biscuits to the cooling process.After spraying oil on the biscuits the excess oil which remains on the top and bottom is collected on a separate oil dripping conveyor. Do not let the oil mist leakage to ensure the production workshop clean and safe.
