Product Description

This machine is a device used for filling cream puffs. The cream puffs can be automatically arranged, the filling amount is uniform, stable and adjustable, and the filling speed is frequency-adjustable. It can realize the entire automated process of automatically arranging the cream puffs into the mold cups and completing the filling after they are put in.

Center filling machine Design

Based on their working nature, they can be divided into the arrangement part, the transmission part, the filling part, and the top mold demolding part.

The brush rollers neatly and evenly arrange the cookies in the mold cups. A motor drives a divider to perform an intermittent, stop-and-go motion for each row of mold cups. Each row stops precisely below the filling mechanism, where it is lifted by a cylinder structure. The lifting time can be adjusted according to the filling time, offering flexibility. The filling is injected through the nozzle and needle from the filling mechanism, while simultaneously, the demolding mechanism ejects the filled puffs onto the conveyor.
