The oven is one of the main components of the biscuit production line. Nowadays, according to the energy used, ovens can be divided into two types: Hybrid gas baking oven and Electrical baking oven. Since 1999, Golden Bake has accumulated rich experience in the production of Electrical baking ovens.

The Electrical baking oven is one of the important equipment in the production line, its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the quality of biscuits. Our Electrical baking oven has an advanced structure, practical design, and tidy appearance. Using the P.I.D+PLC control system, the oven temperature can be chosen freely within the range of 320℃ according to the type of biscuits that need to be baked. The Electrical baking oven’s automatic temperature control and constant temperature are achieved by alternate work and adjustment of heating elements, which enables the oven to save energy, generate uniform heat and provide accurate temperature. In each temperature zone, two P.I.D are corresponding to the surface temperature and the bottom temperature respectively to meet the baking temperature of different biscuits. In addition, a self-extracting chimney is added to each temperature zone to meet the steam emission of different processes. The insulation layer around the oven wall uses high-quality rock wool as the insulation material to keep the heat in the furnace from spreading out and save energy. The conveyor of the oven mesh belt is powered by a reducer motor and is controlled by a frequency converter, which brings the advantages of a large speed control range, speed control accuracy, and energy saving.
