Different biscuits need to be baked in different ovens to produce tasty biscuits. Adjustable hot wind convection baking oven: The use of hot wind circulation to heart the oven, can improve the biscuit’s bloating and make sure the surface of the biscuit is uniform color, is the unearthly baking oven for baking salt and sweet fermented biscuits, hard biscuit and soft biscuit. To meet the different requests of biscuit production, this oven is divided into four temperature zones, which can adjust temperature as biscuit production demands, in the meantime, to fit the adjustment in each step, there are heart protection section, to make sure the temperature meet the biscuit formulation request.

With the use of a trapeze form PID+PLC temperature control system, the electric heat tube’s amount can be changed. Japan RKC brand PID temperature control instrument and PLC control system, make sure the temperature is more precise. Each temperature zone’s air exhauster can be adjusted the speed, making the water air.

--Stable: oven chamber is designed separate & insulate from oven outer frame, making heat circulation inside chamber maintain even and no leakage, saving much more energy. And we now will equip imported USA Flynn Burner making it even better.

--Also for hot-air convection oven zone, the hot-air pipeline is designed and arranged in quite symmetry status, hot air blow from both side of the pipeline, getting fair even heating circulation inside chamber.

--Each ribbon burners status and ignition can be shown on touch screen, and can be controlled independently.
