The rotary moulder is placed in front of the baking and behind the Soft Dough Crumbler. It is especially important for making soft biscuit. After being pre-rolled and crashed by the soft dough crumbler, the dough is sent to the rotary moulder for performing its rolling and forming. Our rotary moulder is mainly used for the continuous production of soft dough, shortbread, and low fat cookies.
Our rotary moulder is of great adaptation for wide range of dough, like making large biscuit, very hard dough and very soft sticky dough. It is consist of 3 driving force which including feeding roller, mould and canvas belt which is all adjustable. The dough feeding roller material is Seamless steel tube. Feeding roller edger material is PP. As for the Scraper material, it is 304 stainless steel.
Our moulder is various with different shapes for diverse biscuit. For letter biscuit moulder, finger biscuit moulder, hollow panda biscuit moulder. Anyway, our moulder can be customized according to the specific requirements of our customer.
• As for belt,we use the canvas belt not PU belt, because the canvas belt is beneficial for us to remove the biscuit embryo from the moulder. Its Scraper can be adjusted up and down with different angle;
• As for the system, we adopt central control system, LCD touch screen operation and human machine Interface, it can be operated separately or together;
• For its Conveyor belt，we use Round canvas belt for cutter, pneumatic correction system.
Last but not least,with our rotary machine, you can achieve more accurate and effective weight of dough pieces and high production as well as nice outer appearance and evenness in the thickness of the moulded products.
