Product Characteristics

The three roller sheeter (Combination sheeter) is placed in front of the three color sheeter and behind the laminator.The combination sheeter is used to pre-roll the dough or dough sheets into suitable dough pieces which is then conveyed to the 1/2/3 gauge roller for further rolling. Our three roller sheeter is is designed in 3 sets of rolls in bigger roll diameter. The three roll sheeter is driven by inverter (Japan Panasonic) which control the drive. During the sheeting process, the rolls may evenly and smoothly transfer the dough sheet to the next process from the lower roll to the next conveyor. For our Material of scraper used for scraping roller , it is made of stainless steel which is high quality.The material of scraper used for belt is PP. It is also equipped with PLC Touch Screen in order that our worker can operate it easily and quickly. At the same time, the automation has been improved greatly. The diameter of the roller is about 400 mm,the roller guard is installed on the upper roller to reduce the possibility of cutting dough sheet. The minimum speed of the combination roller is 2 meter per minutes. There is white food grade nontoxic nylon gasket inside to prevent the dough from being polluted. As a result, we can get the dough sheet which is clean and in good quality.
