As we all know cookies can’t be packaged right after they come out of the oven. If the biscuit is not cooled and packaged, the water will be sealed in the package,which will make the biscuit moist, affecting the taste and the quality guarantee period. So, the cooling conveyor has become an indispensable part of automatic production. Using a Z-type cooling conveyor can save your factory space. However, there are three problems with conventional Z-type cooling conveyors. First, the speed of the belt can not be adjusted. The operation panel of the frequency converter can adjust our Z-type cooling conveyor’s speed of the belt. Second, the bracket adopts the old style which is untidy. Our Z-type cooling conveyor’s bracket adopts the form of rappel(◇) feet, which do not easy to accumulate dust and facilitate cleaning. Third is due to the ductility and instability of the belt, the belt appears too tight and deviating phenomenon in operation. Our Z-type cooling conveyor can be adjusted by tension and deviation devices.
Made of stainless steel square pipes of proper strength, The type of cooling conveyor is structurally simple and compact. The whole machine looks light and stable,and is easy to install and remove. Normally, the length of the cooling conveyor ranges from 1 time to 2 times of the oven. Z-type cooling conveyor connects the biscuit baking oven and the packing conveyor. Z-type cooling conveyor is composed of a power head and a certain number of connecting plates. The power head is at the output end of the whole machine, so as to ensure that the upper canvas is a tight side. The transmission of the canvas is realized by driving two cots with a deceleration mechanical and electrical machine.
