Product Characteristics
The three color biscuits is made of three colors of dough.Unlike sandwich biscuits, the different colors in the center are made from dough, not jam or cream. The three color is placed in front of the gauge roller and behind the dough mixer. It is consist of three set biscuit dough forming machines. In the same way as the gauge rolls, it is responsible for pressing the dough into a specified thickness. But different from the gauge rolls, each machine in the automatic cookie dough roller has a separate feeding hopper. Each hopper can be fed with different colors dough according to the customer's requirements.Then go through the 3 colors cookie dough sheeter to make the three color biscuit embryo.When we don not make the three-color biscuit, the first machine is responsible for feeding material, which is directly delivered to the gauge rolls from the middle one.The three color sheeter can be used as gauge rolls.Our three-color can run separately or synchronously.It is made of 304 stainless steel.
