Product Characteristics
Like the hard dough, the freshly mixed soft dough can be very bulk. The dough can even reach 650kg at one time mixed. To prevent the dough from getting too big and going directly into the rotary moulding machine. So that the pressure on the roller of the rotary moulder is too great and the service life of the rotary moulder is reduced. We need to add a soft kibbler to the soft biscuit production line. Break up the whole dough into powdery and then convey it into the rotary moulder. This can not only increase the moulding perfect rate of soft biscuit embryos but also extend the service life of rotary moulders.The method of application: First use the soft dough overhead conveyor to convey the soft dough directly to the soft dough kibbler. Then use the soft dough kibber to crumble the soft dough into small and loose pieces before transferring to a rotary moulder.
