Separation machine for biscuits

Product Characteristics

The separation machine involved in our side scrap recycle system is placed in front of the baking machine and behind the forming machine. It is used to pick up the scrap and transfer to the lateral scrap return conveyors and then transfer the scrap dough to the hopper of the main forming equipment at the head of the line(e.g. to laminator,dough mixer). For its performance, it is pretty stable. For the speed of our separation machine, it is matched with its related Front-end and back-end devices,for instance, rotary cutter, rotary moulder and baking oven. This machine and its function is especially necessary and significant for making the finger biscuit and letter biscuit, because comparing with Marie biscuit or potato crispy cracker or other kind of biscuit, there is much more redundant dough in making finger biscuit and letter biscuit. With the utilization and effectiveness of our separation machine and developed side scrap recycle system, there is less waste of dough and material. It has greatly improve the productivity efficiency. As a result, it has been favored by our customers from the domestic and overseas.
