The first and second temperature zones: the use of direct burning flame. Combustion uniform,high temperatures,the power adjustment range is wide, can meet the heat requirement of making biscuits expansion phase better and faster. The installation of burners in proportion can be used as partial compensation;

The third,forth and fifth temperature zone: the use of hot air convection circulation system. Three imported special as burner provides the heat needed, high burning speed, high efficiency, more stable performance. At the same time, an increase of hot air circulation part, so that the heat inside the furnace to be fully exploited. Better to improve efficiency and achieve energy conservation. In the mean time, the reservation of high-temperature steam generated by burning can also be kept,which will help biscuit surface of starch gelatinization, increase degree of finish,better biscuit surface color and biscuit, avoiding black phenomenon due to the use of all direct combustion furnace. Hybrid gas-type direct-fired oven to gas-fired hot air furnace and convection oven combination furnace composite baking oven is the combination of direct-fired gas oven and gas-fired hot wind circulation baking oven.
