The Hard Dough Cutting Machine is a strategic link in your production line, positioned between the dough mixer and the forming equipment (Laminator or Three-Roll Sheeter).

Its primary function is to portion massive batches of dough into manageable "dough bricks." By delivering dough in consistent, smaller increments, it prevents the structural damage that occurs when a laminator’s hopper is overloaded, ensuring a smooth, continuous production flow.

Why Use a Dough Pre-Cutter?

Protect Your Downstream Equipment: Our high-capacity mixers can produce up to more than 550kg of dough per batch. If this entire volume is fed into a laminator at once, the sheer weight can deform the hopper and bend the precision rollers. Using our cutter extends the service life of your entire production line.

Integrated Metal Detection & Rejection: For maximum food safety, we can install metal detection instruments on both sides of the conveying slope. The system automatically detects and rejects dough bricks containing metallic impurities without stopping the line, ensuring that only pure dough reaches the forming stage.

Consistent Sheeting: By feeding the sheeter or laminator uniform bricks, you achieve a more consistent dough sheet thickness, which leads to better biscuit quality.
