Our system uses a set of highly accurate, smoothly finished rollers to gently and progressively reduce the dough sheet to your exact final specifications. The robust, vibration-free frame and precise gap control mechanism ensure that this thickness is maintained consistently across the entire width and length of the sheet, eliminating inconsistencies that lead to waste and quality issues.
Product advantages
The pre-made dough flan sent from the laminator or three-color dough sheet rolling machine is rolled through the rolling unit against the dough sheet with the thickness required for the flan. The rolling speed and conveying speed of each mono machine are controlled separately, so that it can be conveniently and easily operated. They are used in the forming process of hard, sweet biscuits and crackers. As for its specialty, they are as follows.
First of all, adopt a customized chilled alloy roll of exclusive formula to make rollers of high hardness, making it a longer working life. Secondly, rollers are designed to be able to make super-thin biscuits, by getting the dough sheet thickness of 0.7mm to 0.8mm evenly. Thirdly, Central Control System provides practical and user-friendly operation functions, including upstream follow-up joint-control function, which makes machine trial running and daily operation easier for operators and as well as saving operators. Fourthly, the Menu memory and call-out function, easy to make the same product next time. Fifthly, Machines can be controlled flexibly via touch screen or by buttons.
Sixthly, Roller’s gap distance adjustment adopt electricity motor-driven screw lifting, making it longer working life rather than eccentric wheel and easier operation for workers. HOW THE GAUGE ROLLERS WORK?

1. Dough Preparation: The dough for biscuits is mixed and prepared according to the specific recipe, which typically includes flour, fats, sugar, and other ingredients.
2. Initial Thickness Adjustment: The dough is initially fed into a sheeting machine, which consists of a series of rollers. The first roller, often called the "pre-gauge roller," helps to flatten the dough and adjust its initial thickness.
3. Gauge Roller Function: After the initial thickness adjustment, the dough is then passed through a gauge roller. This roller has an adjustable gap or spacing between the two rolling surfaces. As the dough sheet passes through, the gauge roller applies pressure to the dough, repeatedly pressing and reducing its thickness.
4. Repeat Pressing Action: The primary function of the gauge roller is to achieve a consistent thickness across the entire dough sheet. To accomplish this, the dough may be passed through the gauge roller multiple times. Each pass reduces the thickness of the dough sheet incrementally, ensuring uniformity.
5. Final Thickness Adjustment: After the necessary number of passes through the gauge roller, the dough sheet reaches the desired thickness. The final thickness adjustment can be made by adjusting the gap between the gauge roller and the subsequent roller(s) in the sheeting machine.
By using a gauge roller in the dough forming process, the biscuit production line ensures that the dough sheet is consistently pressed to the desired thickness. This helps to ensure uniform baking, as well as consistent texture and appearance in the final biscuits. The ability to regulate the gap between the gauge roller's rolling surfaces allows for precise control over the thickness of the dough sheet.
① First pressure the dough sheet three times.
② Second relax the dough sheet and send it to the rotary cutter.
