Our oven can make a wide range of different types of biscuits of excellent quality, from soda crackers/cream crackers to the ultimate thin potato biscuits. For center filled biscuit. We are the first one to produce in Hybrid Gas Oven in China in model 1200 biscuit line. We could try on model1500 biscuit line if required, providing the best technology support.

Hello panda biscuit, also called center filled biscuit. It is a hard dough biscuit that is hollow inside and has a pattern printed on the top. This kind of biscuit is often filled with chocolate and fruit-flavored cream in the center. Handmade Hello biscuits are difficult to bubble and are made in low quantities. To mass-produce the Hello Panda biscuit, it must rely on an automatic biscuit production line. The Hello Panda biscuits we see in supermarkets today are all made by fully automated biscuit production lines.

However, most Hello Panda biscuits are made of two layers of dough sheets that are folded together and baked to swell. Such biscuits have a low success rate and will increase the waste rate of the filling step (it is easy to break and leak when injecting the cream in the center).
